Rude Hosts
We spent $9,000 here on our wedding and honeymoon from September 2024 to May 2025. Towards the end of our stay new management came to the park and they were horrifying to us. They tried to cancel our reservation, they would not give us receipts, money was stolen, we were overcharged and we were over billed.
I would definitely NOT recommend visiting. Garbage was left out overnight and sometimes for days. We went without TV or Internet for 3 weeks. The washing machines tore up all of our clothes. The new management team was rude and definitely not hospitable. If you head East on highway 90 to Chattahoochee Florida, there are three different parks there that are super friendly and accommodating!! The views are better, the lake is better and the people are better!! Don't waste your time in Marianna.

Great Little Site
We had a great time at this site. The staff is super friendly and available but not intrusive. They are in process of major paving and updates. The clubhouse was nice and clean. Crystal clear pond on site for fishing or kayaking. It is January but the swimming pool looked ready to swim in! We will definitely be back!

OK, but has so much potential...
We stayed here because of the convenient access to Mill Pond, Blue Spring, and Spring Creek. The park is fairly well kept but the grass around our camp site was almost 6 inches tall in some spots. It says the camp has cable but does not. Also be aware of the ants. We missed a small area around our tire and now have an ant problem in the trailer. However, the pool was well kept, and the attendant's seemed to be doing what they could to help.

Clean park. Quite location. Lots of places to fish in the park. The internet stated that the campground has cable. It doesn't! But I got 14 TV channels off antenna. The on-site restaurant was closed. Paid$36 per night.

Stayed here several times already. Great bass lake right on property. People very friendly and helpful. Good restaurant on site and just up the road is another really good old one. Sites are dirt and gravel and
Most not overly level but work ok. Great for a overnight stop or a restful couple of days. Place is old and has its rough edges. Like I said I have stayed here several time just to fish.

Short Stay Park
This is a good place to stay for a day or two. Sites are on grass/dirt and not the most level. However, the staff are very friendly and will help you with any RV issue. The on-site restaurant has very good food.
