We camped on Site 376, in a secluded area and a spacious campsite. There are woods behind it with a few trees on the site. The campground was well maintained and quiet. DNR staff were seen frequently. Some Other sites were small and cramped, but there were many nice ones. We did not have time to tour the entire park, so cannot comment on the beach and other areas. Lots of wild life. Beautiful park.

Nice Camping!

We live 5 miles away, so this is our go to campground a lot of the time when we haven’t planned a trip but want to relax. Most of the sites are great, there’s a few that get water logged so you just have to be careful but overall it’s a great park with lots to do and most spaces are generous. Clean facilities, clean park, helpful staff, nice campstore, big beach with ample parking, great boating too. Highly recommend.

Unhappy

Been going here all my life and never any problems.. but the last two years the dnr personal have been unpleasantly nosey.. trying to use there sticker on the truck to intimadate sorry but not sorry.Will not be going back..
