Nice Location
Nice location right off the highway but you do not hear the highway. Enjoyed our time here watching the farmers work their land took a day trip to Lewis and Clark State Park and drove some of the scenic byways. We had a nice long pull thru site. Bathhouse is large & clean. Only negative is standing water at the end of our site.

Great Spot!
We stayed a couple nights just to try out our trailer, since we had just bought it. This is a great little campground with a pool, canine area, and access to a lake. We had a full hook up which was easy to do. Staff is friendly, and very accommodating. The bathroom and shower area was very clean. We plan to come again!

Great Experience
I don’t understand the negative reviews of this place, we had an amazing experience!
Pros:
-Lakeside with access for fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding.
-We had a pull through spot right on the lake with beautiful sunset views
-brand new playground
-friendly and very helpful staff
-inexpensive laundry with ample machines
-fast food/restaurants a ~5 minute drive away
Cons:
-Some full timer/full season campers but sites were tidy and well kept
Overall, perfect for a 1 night stay!

Worst KOA I’ve ever stayed at. The state park across the lake is a much better and FRIENDLIER place to stay. The only reason I’m even giving them one star is because the app made me.

Don't go by the directions on rv park advisor. When you turn on the koa camp road do not turn left, just go straight forward

Check in at 3 pm no earlier.
Unless you part $10.00 an hour to wait!!!

Great Getaway Spot
This is the second time we've been here. Nice lake, very nice campground. Wonderful staff. Bring enough bug dope, though... They can get bad. Plus... Easy drive of about 3 miles to gas, food and more.
We've already booked more reservations. though interesting, they take the keelboat from Lewis and clark out on the lake, and part of the display involves cannon fire. So, if the dogs don't like loud noise, be prepared.

Nice park. Quiet where we were parked. Pretty lake. Very Dusty in dry weather. Our sites were level.

Super Nice!
This was our first KOA stay on our way home from Sturgis. Clean bathrooms and very nice hospitality. We arrived after closing and everything was good.
Far enough from the highway to avoid noise. A must stay if traveling through.
