Great Value, Good Location
Stayed a week to visit NOLA. Level sites, good water, full hookups. For an urban location it was secure and responsibly quite. Some train noise and street noise but not enough to disturb sleep. The host was extremely helpful, especially finding local grocery, pharmacy, and restaurants with the locals. If exploring NOLA this is budget friendly providing extra for NOLA restaurants and attractions.

Convenient to downtown without the high cost of most other in city RV parks. Clean, gated, secure and the host are very helpful and nice, as well as a wealth of information about the area and New Orleans. It is right next to a rail car staging area, and adjacent to railroad tracks, but surprisingly quite. City bus stops within 100 feet of the front gate allowing ease of travel to trolly and tourist sites (City Cab fares reasonable as well). 30 and 50 amp with full hookups. Great water pressure and level sites, although a bit closer together than most, but still a quite (in town) area. WiFi not great, but I prefer my own hotspot for security reasons.
