This is a very nice RV Park. It does have full-time residents, but you would hardly notice it. They take pride in that. There are no piles of trash covered by tarps. No trash everywhere. It is very nest. The owner/managers are extremely nice and helpful. We have a long pull behind and my husband was afraid we couldn’t get in the lot without asking one of the residents to move their car. The owner asked if he could back it in for us. My husband said sure. He got it into the lot, no problem. We also had a problem with our hitch. They told us where we could go to hopefully get it fixed. I cannot tell you how helpful and kind they were. The price is $39.00, $41.00 with tax. There were no ridiculous add ons that drive the price up. I highly recommend this park.

Nice Sites But Alot Long Term Residents

Sites are very level and well graveled. Owner is very nice. However, there are alot long term residents at campground with very aged campers. Owner should raise his fees to improve clientele. Some campers are rented out to other people which allows virtually anyone owner deems ok to stay in park. Bath house was not clean and had signs of mildew or mold. No WiFi. Laundry room smells of cigarette smoke.

Nice Travel Stop Over

Bill and Kim, owners of this quiet, clean and very nice park are wonderful people. The rates are great and very close to Gulfport area attractions. Next time we pass this way we will stay again.
