Relaxing 5 Day Weekend

We made these reservation a year ago in order to be in North Wilkesboro for a race. Life events over the past 6 months piled stress on stress on stress. We almost cancelled due to everything going on. So glad we didn’t We arrived to this small quiet campground. Owners are very nice friendly sorts of hosts. Plenty of hiking trails waterfalls and a myriad of other things to do nearby. We didn’t use the bathhouse so I can’t speak to the. The pull through sites are 5th wheel and big rig friendly. Site 11 (our site) seems the largest front yard. The front yard does notably fall away down hill but it. is still useable. If we are back in the area we will definitely check these folks out

Relaxing Spot

We camped four nights in site #3 by the creek. We had a relaxing stay and would camp here again. The owners are very nice and helpful. Dwaine even cut off a lock for me due to my leaving the key at home.

This is a very clean and nice quiet campground. The people at check in were very nice

Recently spent the week and found this spot very enjoyable! Easy to reach, immaculately clean, 2 lovely hikes nearby, and great friendly owners. Plan to return and see the local sights.
