How Did This Get 5*?

Our first time here; i would not recommend this because of the very hilly terrain. The sites are built on a hill with no precision to try to make them level or easily accessible to the driver. The road is narrow gravel with drainage ditch on both sides. I have not visited the bathroom so I have no comment. There are lots of trees to provide shade. Very few of the sites have view of the lake; these are at the top of the hill. The ones that do look like they may have a little easier time of leveling their rv. We were in site 21.

Perfect Place And Inexpensive

We were only here for two nights. Quiet, clean and well taken care of grounds. No cable but wifi was best we have ever had. Only $20 a night. Awesome deal!

Pros: Great staff, very easy to work with Can accommodate large rigs ( Fleetwood Discovery 39L towing car ) Quiet !!!! Bathroom descent Sewer and water no issues, great water pressure Shaded with plenty of tall trees Fire pit Large picnic table at site Small charcoal grill at site Enough space between sites as not to feel on top of your neighbors Cons: Road is a little rough but manageable We really enjoyed the park, spent 3 nights and for only $20 a day it’s a gem in the rough. Convenient to Shelby with shopping and great restaurants with in 15 minutes. Highly recommended!!!! We look forward to being up that way again soon.

Stayed for two weeks $200. Nice clean and quite. Good for family's or fishing trip.
