This is a beautiful place. I grew up around here there used to be 26 natural sulfur Springs now I think there’s like eight that are still working in the 1800s. People would travel by train to come down here and bathe in the pools for cosmetic reasons and health reasons the water does smell like sulfur so rotten eggs but Even in the heat of the summer the water temperature is about 60°. They have one spot that the stream is blocked up into a natural swimming hall with natural rock slides it is crossed the interstate 35 from Turner Falls, which is another beautiful place. You’re just about five minutes from town so if you need anything that’s great but it’s still like you’re in the woods. The CCC is back in the war days build lots of rock bridges and bathrooms. It’s really nice place. You should go and enjoy it
