Beautiful and peaceful
This little campground by the man-made lake is very quiet, at least in the middle of the week in April when I was here. I brought a small (18 ft) RV and fit it in the only place that I think would work, site 08 (you could probably use group sites 6 or 7 if no one is there). The others are either walk-in tent sites, too steep, or angled wrong.
It's far enough from Hwy 101 you only hear frogs and trickles of water at night. It did my soul good!

Beautiful Spot
We stayed one night while passing through. The host was excellent. She told us they recommend travel trailers no longer than 18’, but we made it in a 29’. It was tight...really tight. But the host suggested a site that worked perfectly for us and we didn’t have to disconnect. This campground wouldn’t have worked for us long-term, but it worked well for an overnight. It was peaceful and lush. As the other review said, it was well worth the drive up the mountain.

This is a beautiful campground for tents and very small rvs. The sites are around the shore of the lake and are private and among the trees. The lake is stocked with trout. There is a fishing pier where we saw a couple catch a limit of pan size fish in a half an hour. Definitely worth the drive up the mountain.
