Great Idea, Bad Timing

When we booked this place for four nights and thought all the sites had electric and water, according to our search choices. So we happily booked a site only to arrive at the site and realize that we were in the non-electric/water loop. Ok no biggie it wasn’t hot or anything we can do this for 4 days. But they were working on the road which is quite close and runs the length of the park. Also add to the road maintenance noise all the cars and trucks along the road as well as all the generators running around you. It was the noisiest place to stay. Wish when we booked there was a disclosure about the road work we would not have booked our stay. On the positive the staff were very friendly and the bathrooms and showers located in the area where there were hook ups mind you were immaculately clean and nice. If sensitive to noise would avoid this one.

Best Price , But

It's the best price in the area.....but it was the most noise we've ever stayed at. Close to the highway where loud trucks, motorcycles and UTV'S constantly travel by. If you like noise all night long, this is the spot for you.

Great RV Park

Close enough to state parks. WalMart next door. Clean, nice pool and hot tub. Everyone was very friendly. Pull through sites were easy to park in with a 43' 5th wheel. No problems. Definitely recommend.

Nice And Quite

Park. We were transit to northern Utah. It was quite and the manager was very helpful. It,looks,to be more of a lone term rv park. But it was just fine. Full hook up and help! The bathroom facilities were fine.

Nice, Clean

We stopped here for the night. Owner was nice, laundry room was clean, Speed Queen washers ($1.25) and dryers ($1). The kids enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. Showers were very clean.

Called 4 different phone #'s. None worked. They obviously do not want your business.

Nice RV Park

Mostly fulltimers, they have a few spots for transient RVers. Couple who run that portion of park are very nice. There is a very nice local park near RV entrance with walks and real grass and good sized pond. Must keep dogs on lease and on walks but provides area for dogs use to grass vice thorny desert. Convenient to Zion Park. Would stay here again.

Great Location

Great location between Zion and Bryce Canyon. Super nice management, great pool, nice laundry area windy at night so keep your awnings in:)

Zion Gate

We stayed for a month. Park is clean , manager is friendly. Nice spot with a view of mountains. Central location to many places we wanted to visit. Wifi is only at club house.
