Very Tight, Very Noisy And Bad Set Up
We are here for 10 nights, yes the park is close to all the park city sites. The sights are level but narrow and tight to your neighbor. It was not designed for large 5th wheels. The sewer, water and electric are in the very back. We had to double connect water hoses and ran almost every black drain line we had. Huge problem is gravity dump does not go up hill and the drains are higher than the rig connection. The traffic noise on I-80 is non stop and deafening. It would be an ok overnight but that’s it.

Great Pads/Landscaping - BUT
Stayed five nights in July 2025. Level pads. Beautiful landscaping.
Poor infrastructure, especially plumbing, in need of redesign and updating: A water pipe broke in the combination office, bathrooms, shower and laundry building. The park's response was to lockdown the laundry room, all bathrooms and all showers for men and women. There are men and women's showers on the main floor with the laundry room and there are two more men's and two more women's showers downstairs by the pool. All of these areas should be on their own water supply which can be isolated from the rest of the building as needed.
Showers, bathrooms, and laundry are part of the contract!

Nice…
Sites are nice, concrete and level. Park is small- luxury sites have room to sit outside and enjoy. Basic sites do not. Very tight. Good for a stay overnight. Extremely close to the highway and you can hear it- we use a fan so it didn’t bother us but can see how it would bother some.

Close To Everything
Great spot, stayed for a month from mid Feb to mid March, and had a great view of the mountains and a beautiful creek running in the lower campground. Twenty minutes to Deer Valley, ten minutes to Park City and Canyons, 40 minutes to Alta, Snowbird, Solitude, and Brighton (not on Saturday when the canyon is packed). Very economical on a monthly rental. Super close to grocery stores, restaurants, and everything else. Hot tub was great. Laundry room was clean and ready to go. Good stuff, stay here (don't save a few bucks to stay in SLC or down in Heber City). Propane not available onsite, but down I80 at the Sinclair about two miles away, and they don't fill when it's snowing or after 5pm, so plan accordingly. Winter Camping
Great location very close to skiing in Park City. Saw the reviews about the road noise but it didn’t bother us and we were right next to the access road. We stayed in March and it did snow on us. The hot tub was a great amenity! It was a fun experience. We would definitely return.

Great RV Resort
We stayed two nights at lower level. Luckily had a shade tree and close to the stream in our 25ft class C. Access to hiking trail and bike trails to town, about 5 miles. Quiet and relaxing. Fancy class A motorcoaches stay at top lot of park, which is close to highway.

Enjoyed staying here sites are well maintained. Restrooms are clean a little old but still in good condition and very useable. Noise from the highway but unless you are an extremely light sleeper you don’t hear it much at night.

Nice sites, but noise from the highway is HORRIBLE!!! Windy too. They don't answer the phones so hard to get in.

Beautiful!
So close to everything! Can't beat staying in park city for 30 bucks a night. And the hot tub was amazing after a long day of playing on the mountain. Spots are a bit tight on the lower levels.

Very convenient to Park City and SLC. Sites vary from beautiful highly restricted sites for the 1%,and great to terrible sites on sun baked gravel and dirt for the rest of us. Windy , dusty, and hot in the summer with little shade.not enough washers and dryers. Great wifi. Right on a beautiful stream if you are lucky enough to get one if those sites. Often only one person on site, so often phone goes to voice mail and getting a reservation can be stressful .
