Nice But Blackflies/Mosquitos

Stayed here May 29, 2025 We just needed a quick stop so this was good. Not too far off the main road lots of empty sites available. We should have probably driven around and looked because what we ended up with was sandy muddy. Cooked in the van and went to bed early. Lots of empty sites so everything was pretty quiet. Showers and bathhouse was clean and hot water was nice. 4 quarters for 10 mins I believe which seemed more than enough. I'm guessing that VT parks dont like to cut grasses around the camp areas which I understand but there wasn't much area for dog walking where they don't put their noses in tall grass. She ended up with 2 ticks. Would stop again for brief stopover (and showers haha).
