Very Quaint

Very quiet, when we were there. No traffic noise, nice views. Pit toilets were fairly clean. Fire rings, picnic tables, and charcoal BBQs. There are a couple of water spigots, but I couldn't get them to work. Water available at the rest area with the Lincoln memorial you passed coming here. The picnic tables were getting pretty rough...warped boards and badly in need of paint. 3 bars of AT&T. Clear sky for solar and Starlink. Road in was a little washboardy, but pretty well maintained, all things considered.

Beautifully Quiet

We camped there for a few days and loved the views. It was so quiet (no highway noise) and each site had a fair amount of privacy. We chose it for its convenience to Laramie.
